Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ayatinah’s online Quran learning platform (ayatinah.com and portal.ayatinah.com). By booking a class or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Classes

• All classes are one-on-one: one teacher, one student.
• Classes are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype, at the teacher’s discretion.
• Class times are agreed at enrolment and shown in your local timezone.
• Classes are 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on your package.

Free trial

New students receive free trial classes. No payment is required for the trial. After the trial, you can choose a package or stop with no obligation.

Packages and payments

• Package prices vary by region and are shown at sign-up.
• Payments are processed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel at the end of any billing month — no lock-in, no notice period.
• Refunds for unused classes are issued at our discretion. Contact us to request one.

Cancellations and makeups

• To cancel or reschedule a class, notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
• Classes cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be counted as attended.
• If a teacher cancels, we will arrange a makeup class at no cost to you.
• If you miss a class without notice (no-show), the class is counted as used.

Class recordings

Classes are recorded automatically for revision and quality purposes. Recordings are available to the student and, for minors, their parent. Recordings may not be shared publicly or with third parties without written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not record, screenshot, or distribute class content without permission.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Treat teachers and staff with respect. Abusive behaviour may result in account termination.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any prepaid classes remain available until the end of the paid period.

Liability

Ayatinah provides an educational platform. We are not liable for technical disruptions caused by third-party services (Zoom, Stripe, WhatsApp). Our liability is limited to the value of classes paid for but not delivered due to our fault.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
